La
richesse d’une nation dépend largement de la qualité
de ses institutions et régulations, donc de sa
capacité à les évaluer. Le Groupe d’Economie
Mondiale de Sciences Po (GEM) est un
centre de recherche indépendant qui cherche à
promouvoir, en France et en Europe, cette indispensable
« culture de l’évaluation » dans le monde ouvert
du début du XXIème siécle. Depuis 2004, le GEM
mène cet objectif dans le cadre d’une initiative
commune avec l’AEI-Brookings Joint Center
for Regulatory Studies.
